What do tickets include?
Ticket price includes – beverages and canapes on arrival, 3 course delicious dinner, bands, dance floor, Entertaining MC and live and silent auction.
Will you be selling tickets at the door?
This is a catered event, and we must have an official headcount weeks before the event. You must purchase a ticket prior to the event on our website but this is sure to be a sell out!
Will the event have arranged seating?
Yes, there will be a seating chart made for the event. You will be given the number of your table you will be seated at.
Where does the money raised from the ball go?
Funds raised stay in the community, The Otago and Southland Division works to improve community well-being by reducing the incidence and impact of cancer with core activities in Support Services, Cancer Prevention, Information and Research.
If I cannot make to this event is there another way I can contribute?
Yes of course! Make a donation or become involve in many other fundraising activities, for more information please feel free to contact the event organiser.
Do you need any help organising the event?
We may recruit volunteers to assist with staffing and to help at the actual event, please feel free to contact the event organiser
