Can I still order if my address is rural?

Yes absolutely - through Click & Collect! While we are unable to provide delivery to rural addresses, you can still order fresh daffodils through our website and opt to pick up your daffodils from one of our Click and Collect locations:

Click & Collect orders can be collected between 9am - 4:30pm Tuesday 25th August.

Can I order flowers and get them delivered to someone else?

Yes, you can as long as it is to a business in one of the areas above. Make sure you record the receiver's name in the address field and make a note of this in the delivery instructions field.

When will my flowers be delivered?

Your daffodils will be delivered Monday 24 or Tuesday 25 August 2020.

What happens if I don’t receive my flowers on the delivery date specified?

Our team of volunteers and couriers work hard to get thousands of fresh daffodil bunches to addresses around the region. From time to time there may be the odd mix up. If your daffodils don’t arrive when they should, please contact us within 24 hours so we can organise getting a fresh bunch to you.

How do I care for my flowers?

For best results and gorgeous long-lasting blooms, trim the stems of your daffodils, place them in fresh water and keep them in a cool place. Sometimes the flowers might be in tight bud when they arrive, which means they will open over the next few days.

What happens if my flowers aren’t in good condition when received?

We work closely with our suppliers, United Flower Growers, to ensure the product you receive is to a high standard. If you are not satisfied with your fresh daffodils, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your daffodils so we can organise getting a fresh bunch to you.

Who do I contact if I have any questions?

How does my purchase help?

As a community-funded charity, the Cancer Society relies on the support of New Zealanders so we can provide supportive care services for people affected by cancer, fund vital cancer research and deliver health promotion and education programmes in our community.

All money raised from the sale of fresh flowers stays in the Otago and Southland regions to support people in our communities who are impacted by cancer.
