Can I order flowers and gift them to someone else?
Yes, you can as long as it is to a business in one of the areas above. Make sure you record the receiver's name in the address field and make a note of this in the delivery instructions field.
What happens if I don’t receive my flowers on the delivery date specified?
Our team of volunteers and couriers work hard to get thousands of fresh daffodil bunches to addresses around the region. From time to time there may be the odd mix up. If your daffodils don’t arrive when they should, please contact us within 24 hours so we can organise getting a fresh bunch to you.
How do I care for my flowers?
For best results and gorgeous long-lasting blooms, trim the stems of your daffodils, place them in fresh water and keep them in a cool place. Sometimes the flowers might be in tight bud when they arrive, which means they will open over the next few days - particularly if they are placed in a warm and light area.
How does my purchase help?
As a community-funded charity, the Cancer Society relies on the support of New Zealanders so we can provide supportive care services for people affected by cancer, fund vital cancer research and deliver health promotion and education programmes in our community.
All money raised from the sale of fresh flowers stays in the Otago and Southland regions to support people in our communities who are impacted by cancer.
